She’s currently on vacation in Japan alongside Justin Bieber, as well as friends including Kendall Jenner, Justine Skye, and Ryan Goode.

For an outing during the day at what looks to be a museum, the birthday girl wore a low-rise micro miniskirt that was essentially a strip of denim. She styled the mini with a super-cropped red angora sweater and an oversize leather jacket on top. Bieber added playful space buns to complete the effortless outfit.
